About the Role:

As a Software Engineer (Full Stack & AI), you’ll build scalable, high-quality, and reusable code while collaborating closely with product owners and engineering teams. You’ll play a crucial role in designing simple yet powerful software that customers can extend and customize to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clean, reusable, and scalable code by following best practices (unit testing, code reviews, architecture principles).
  • Partner with product owners to understand detailed requirements and deliver high-quality software from design through automation testing.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new features, while continuously enhancing existing products.
  • Focus on delivering software that’s easy to use, customizable, and high-performing.

Key Technical Skills:

Java, JavaScript, Angular/React/Vue, Object-Oriented Design, Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns, AI Tools/Workflow Automation, Debugging Tools, Source Control, Unix/System Administration

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Java or a similar object-oriented programming language.
  • Strong passion for JavaScript, modern web frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue), and reusability/componentization.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns with attention to performance and scalability.
  • Experience integrating or leveraging AI tools or workflows in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Working knowledge of IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, and system administration tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and software design skills.
